Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available for select products in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can choose this option at checkout if it’s available for your order. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup. Please contact our support team to schedule a pickup.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime through the confirmation email or your account page.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to update your address or items, contact us as soon as possible via live chat or at support-en@spacetup.com.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping cost and where does it ship from?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

All orders are currently fulfilled from our main warehouse in Ontario, Canada. We’re actively expanding our logistics network, including additional fulfillment centers to better serve customers worldwide.

Orders within Canada and the U.S. typically arrive in 3–7 business days, while international delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Currently, we ship withinCanada and the United States. We’re working to expand international shipping in the near future — stay tuned for updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Are products on sale covered by your return policies?

Yes — all our products are covered by our return and replacement policies, including those purchased on sale. This also applies to our 14-day risk-free trial for all our customers, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

However, please keep in mind that shipping fees will apply if you decide to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind or no longer want it. Final-sale items will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return.

Yes — we do offer bulk and corporate orders for teams, offices, creative studios or wholesale business. Whether you're setting up a shared workspace or gifting your team, Spacet provides exclusive volume pricing, personalized support, and custom setup options.
